Roaster's Reserve - Savane Zombi
In Southeastern Haiti and approximately 20 miles from the Dominican border sits the mountainous region and coffee-producing cooperative of Savane Zombi , renowned for producing some of the finest, world-class coffees available in the Caribbean. This unique area, with its rich soil, high altitude and favorable climate, creates the ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality coffee beans that are celebrated for their exceptional flavor profiles.
For our second Haitian offering and to kick off our Roaster’s Reserve line of exceptional coffees, we chose this special bean due to its complexity, blend of varietals, and unique flavor profile. As with all of our offerings, we source our green coffee through our direct-trade network of farms and cooperatives which ensure that farmers are paid well above the industry fair-trade standard for their outstanding product.
